Two suspects have been charged with plotting to blow up weapons of mass destruction throughout Los Angeles.
The alleged attack was done to “completely pulverize” tech companies and logistics firms, prosecutors said on Tuesday. Zachary Aaron Page, a 32-year-old trans woman, and Audrey Illeene Carroll, a 30-year-old who goes by “Black Moon,” were charged with one count of conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction.
Four members of the The Turtle Island Liberation Front, which the U.S Attorney’s Office in California described as “anti-capitalist and anti-government group” were also arrested on Dec. 15 for plotting to blow up two U.S. companies with explosive devices on New Years Eve.

The four were communicating through an encrypted messaging group called “Order of the Black Lotus,” according to First Assistant United States Attorney Bill Essayli.
