Unfortunately, a few families received heartbreaking news on Christmas Day.
There was a massive pileup crash that took place Thursday on the 5 Freeway in Lebec, California. The Los Angeles County Fire Department received word about this accident just before 3 p.m. local time. Two people involved in this crash were declared dead at the scene. There were a few others involved in this accident who suffered injuries.
“Crews with the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene shortly after receiving a call at 2:56 p.m., according to Department Public Information Officer Pauline McGee,” the report from KTLA states. “McGee confirmed that two victims were pronounced dead at the scene. Six other patients were transported to area hospitals; three were treated for minor injuries, while the remaining three were uninjured but transported for observation.”…
