Actor Ian Ziering, known for his role in “Beverly Hills, 90210,” is being sued for assault and battery following a New Year’s Eve incident in 2023.
The lawsuit, filed by Jacob Hernandez in Los Angeles County, accuses Ziering of intentional infliction of emotional distress, malicious prosecution, negligence, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
The altercation occurred on December 31, 2023, when Hernandez and a friend were riding mini-motorbikes on Hollywood Boulevard. According to TMZ, Hernandez claims that while stopped in front of Ziering’s Mercedes-Benz, the actor exited his car and “with full force shoved” him, causing physical injuries.
