70 Firefighters Quell Hollywood Blaze at Sunset Blvd Building; LAFD Investigates Cause

Early this morning, a fire broke out at a building situated at 6720 W Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, it took a team of 70 firefighters approximately one hour and 12 minutes to extinguish the blaze. The effort to tame the flames began in earnest, with an all-out response from the city’s firefighters who worked to contain the damage and ensure public safety.

The incident, which has not yet had its cause identified, led to the LAFD Arson team being called to the scene, as per routine investigation procedures. Firefighting personnel managed to douse the fire with no injuries to any LAFD team member. However, one civilian required medical attention and was subsequently transported in an unknown condition.
