A crash involving a semi-truck caused all lanes of the 101 Freeway to be shut down Tuesday morning.
Sky5 was above the scene, the northbound span of the 101 at Vermont Avenue in East Hollywood, at 7 a.m. and observed crews clearing a jackknifed tractor-trailer and a smaller vehicle, the latter of which appeared to have caught fire.
