‘We cleaned off blood in the driveway’: Reward offered in murder of L.A. County father

Homicide investigators with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are asking for the public’s help in identifying the persons responsible for the death of a 24-year-old man in Bellflower 17 years ago.

Vincent Bejar, a resident of Norwalk, was shot to death on Sept. 1, 2008, in the 15100 block of Eucalyptus Avenue in the City of Bellflower, according to a statement from L.A. County Supervisor Janice Hahn.
