Police and firefighters are on the scene of a deadly collision between a semi-truck hauling a trailer and a pedestrian in Van Nuys.
Officials with the Los Angeles Police Department responded to the 6700 block of North Van Nuys Boulevard near Vanowen Street just before 2 p.m. on reports of the fatal incident.
Details are extremely limited and the exact circumstances of the accident are unknown, but images captured by Sky5 show the semi-truck hauling a trailer with a Jons Fresh Marketplace across the side in the parking lot of the grocery store.
