A 40-year-old woman killed in a three-vehicle crash involving a big rig with a tandem trailer in Llano, and not wearing a seat belt, was identified Friday.
The victim was identified Friday by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner as Elya Tsatinyan.
She sustained multiple blunt force injuries when a 2012 Chevrolet sedan, traveling west on Pearblossom Highway, just west of 195th Street East, shortly before noon Wednesday, crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound 2015 Peterbilt hauling two fully loaded bottom-dump trailers, according to the CHP…
