Baldwin Park’s IHOP was temporarily ordered to shut down last week after Los Angeles County Department of Public Health inspectors uncovered a widespread cockroach infestation inside the restaurant.
Its closure followed a routine inspection conducted on December 11, 2025, at the IHOP located at 3111 Baldwin Park Boulevard.
During that inspection, health inspectors from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health cited the restaurant for multiple health code violations, triggering the Department of Public Health to require a follow-up reinspection for January 13, 2026…
