LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A social media influencer and homeless community advocate known as “Ms. Shirley” Raines was found dead on Tuesday, 8 News Now confirmed through a board member from her non-profit organization.
Ms. Shirley was the founder and CEO of Beauty 2 The Streetz. She was also known for her services to the homeless communities in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, California.
