Worried residents in a Los Angeles neighborhood believe they’re being targeted by burglary crews after multiple homes in the area were broken into and ransacked.
On Jan. 30, a homeowner, who did not wish to be identified out of safety concerns, said surveillance video captured three masked men scurrying around her backyard in the Mid-Wilshire area.
