Alleged California brothel network with 30 locations dismantled

Law enforcement officials announced Friday that a large-scale pimping operation involving dozens of sex workers and brothels across California has been dismantled, resulting in at least two arrests.

Search warrants were executed this week at several suspected brothels in Ventura and Los Angeles counties, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, which led the yearlong investigation.
