Los Angeles, CA – Drivers along Interstate 5 near Tejon Pass and Highway 14 in the Antelope Valley should prepare for hazardous crosswinds beginning at daybreak Monday as gusts reach 55 mph.

According to the National Weather Service in Los Angeles/Oxnard, a High Wind Warning is in effect from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday for the Interstate 5 Corridor, Cuyama Valley, San Luis Obispo County interior valleys and mountains, Santa Barbara County interior mountains, Southern Ventura County mountains and the Antelope Valley foothills. South winds will range from 25 to 35 mph, with peak gusts up to 55 mph in exposed passes and ridgelines…
