A Nevada couple visiting Disneyland was treated for minor injuries after a tree fell in the park Tuesday night.
“My husband and I were the ones hit,” LeWanda Joseph of Las Vegas wrote on the Disneyland Magic Keyholders Facebook group. “The tree fell directly on top of us. We had just sat down to take photos at the table when the tree snapped and fell.”
A tree on the patio of Plaza Inn came down around 11:40 p.m., according to Disneyland officials. No guests were seated on the patio at the time due to rain.
