A former bartender identified in court filings as Jane Doe has sued Soho House, alleging the private club failed to protect her after she reported sexual harassment and later a sexual assault by a supervisor.
According to the lawsuit filed on Wednesday in a downtown Los Angeles courthouse, the woman was working as a bartender at a restaurant at Soho Warehouse in downtown when a then-supervisor allegedly drugged and raped her following a work-related outing.
