18-y/o driver captured in Los Angeles for Everett triple murder collision

EVERETT— On March 9, 2026, the US Marshals Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force made an arrest following a multiple fatality collision which occurred in Everett in November of 2024.

“Our hearts remain with the victims and their families as they continue to face the impacts and unimaginable loss caused by this tragedy,” said Everett Mayor Cassie Franklin. “While an arrest cannot undo that harm, I want to thank the Everett Police Department and the partner agencies whose tireless efforts helped bring the suspect into custody and move this case toward justice.”

“On behalf of the Everett Police Department, I would like to send my condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims,” said Everett Police Chief Robert Goetz. “We are proud of the hard work and perseverance of our collaborative teams while seeking accountability regarding this matter.”

On November 9, 2024, at approximately 12:40 am, Everett Police officers responded to a collision in the 11700 block of Airport Road. At that time, deputies with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office were on scene of the collision location and reported 5 individuals had been struck by a vehicle which had veered off the roadway…
