Neo Langston, a former friend of D4vd’s who was dragged into the Celeste Rivas Hernandez homicide investigation, didn’t have to invoke the Fifth Amendment during his grand jury testimony. According to a report TMZ published on Wednesday, March 18, Langston answered every question L.A. County D.A. Beth Silverman asked him. Silverman is the one who issued the arrest warrant against Langston, which was executed at his mother’s home in Montana earlier this year. Although he was extradited to Los Angeles, Langston was never formally charged with failure to appear as a witness before a grand jury.
