Coroner’s officials have released the identity of a Los Angeles County man whose body was recovered from the California Aqueduct in Phelan this week.
Wenzhi Luo, 37, of Cerritos, was pulled from the water near Johnson Road shortly after his body was spotted by a worker near Johnson Road about 1:45 p.m. Monday, March 16, according to San Bernardino County Fire Department and coroner’s officials.
