April 2, 2026 – GEORGETOWN – An incarcerated person who walked away from Growlersburg Conservation
Camp in El Dorado County was apprehended minutes later on April. 1, 2026.
At approximately 7:40 a.m., camp staff discovered camp participant Jose F. Zamora was missing from the camp during a head count.
