Police have arrested a man they believe randomly stabbed a woman in downtown Los Angeles Tuesday morning.
Authorities say the victim was simply walking down the street when the assailant turned around and stabbed her without warning.
According to the LAPD, officers received a call around 10:15 a.m. reporting a stabbing involving a female victim near Hope Street and Olympic Boulevard, next to Grand Hope Park. Police said a physician assistant happened to be nearby when the attack occurred and immediately stepped in to help…
