A 39-year-old man was convicted of murdering his girlfriend at a hotel while they were on a vacation in Los Angeles.
Luis Antonio Gomes Akay, 39, was found guilty of one count of first-degree murder in the death of Anna Laura Costa Porsborg, 22, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced on April 3.
