A man was arrested Saturday evening after climbing onto the roof of a four-story apartment building in West Hollywood, prompting a response from sheriff’s deputies and other first responders.
The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. on N Kings Road near Fountain Avenue, according to authorities.
