LOS ANGELES (NewsNation) — The disappearance of a scientist with ties to NASA is receiving new attention as similar cases arise across the U.S.
Monica Jacinto Reza, 60, was last seen June 22, 2025, around 9:10 a.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
She set out for a hike in Angeles National Forest, and her last known location was near the Mount Waterman area on Angeles Crest Highway.
