An electric scooter was tossed onto the 110 Freeway in Central Los Angeles early Tuesday, causing a seven-car crash and damaging four vehicles.
The crashes were reported about 12:30 a.m. on the 110 just south of the 10 Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
