Residents at the Park La Brea Apartments say they are living a nightmare, dealing with buckled floors, holes in ceilings and multiple leaks that management has done little to nothing about for months.
The situation has been incredibly frustrating, according to residents at the sprawling luxury complex at 6200 West 3rd Street in Los Angeles’ Miracle Mile District. They say flooding has warped their floors, leaks have left water pooling inside walls and many fear they may be breathing in mold caused by the damage.
Frustrated residents said these are just some of the issues they are facing.
“It’s been incredibly frustrating,” resident Karimah Aledelbi told KTLA’s Mary Beth McDade. “We had some issues that caused severe damage in our neighbor’s unit, which resulted in, at this stage now, I think it’s been 10 or 11 weeks without a shower.”…
