A man who was arrested after exposing himself and yelling racial slurs in Reseda has been charged, court records showed.
Gregory William, 44, was taken into custody Tuesday night at an apartment on Garden Grove Avenue near Lindley Avenue after he was in his window, making threats against his neighbor.
William now faces three misdemeanor changes, including public nuisance and disturbance by loud and unreasonable noise, the court document revealed…
