LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Two people, including an 18-year-old and a juvenile, are facing charges after vandalism Wednesday at the Miracle League of Louisville facilities inside Fern Creek Park.
David Chestnut, 18, was arrested Thursday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespassing. A juvenile was also charged, and police are still looking for a third suspect.
The arrests come less than 48 hours after extensive graffiti was discovered Wednesday morning across the property. Blue spray paint covered much of the Miracle League complex, including signs bearing the organization’s name and recognition for donors who helped make the facility possible…
