LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 47-year-old man was arrested Saturday after allegedly touching and following a 14-year-old girl who was looking for her missing dog in Shively.
According to court documents, the Shively Police Department responded to the 2700 block of Crums Lane after family said a man with no shirt possibly tried to kidnap their daughter.
The victim told police a man approached her and asked for money. But when she said she didn’t have any, the man allegedly began touching her, pulled her shirt and ripped it. She told police that he also touched her buttocks several times…
