Louisville man arrested on warrant in fentanyl-related manslaughter case

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A Louisville man was arrested June 30 after officers served a Jefferson County warrant accusing him of first-degree manslaughter in connection with an alleged fentanyl sale that investigators say led to a man’s death.

Shively police arrested Terell Lamont Stoner, 53, at a home in the 1700 block of Gregg Avenue, according to a Kentucky uniform citation.

The warrant alleges Stoner knowingly sold fentanyl to a man on May 15 in Jefferson County, and that helater died after ingesting the drug, the citation states.
