LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – On Thursday, the Louisville Hospitality Association will hold a press conference to address the proposal for a “moist” Bardstown Road. The conference will feature business owners from the Highlands and beyond, discussing the impact such a proposal would have on their operations.
A “moist” Highlands would mean that all bars and restaurants would have to get 70% of their revenue from the sale of food instead of alcohol.
