LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Louisville Metro Alcoholic Beverage Control says the Kentucky ABC Board has upheld the denial of Baxter’s 942 alcohol license renewal, keeping the Highlands bar from being relicensed. The owner of Baxter’s 942 posted a response on the bar’s Facebook page.
Metro ABC announced Monday the state board issued a final order affirming Director Brad Silveria’s decision to deny renewal for Project 942 Baxter, LLC, doing business as Baxter’s 942.
