Mimi’s Ethiopian Restaurant to open in the Highlands next month

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A new restaurant is bringing the flavors and traditions of Ethiopia to Louisville’s Highlands.

According to our partners at Louisville Business First, Mimi’s Ethiopian Restaurant is scheduled to open Aug. 1 at 1534 Bardstown Road, next to the upcoming Prado 264 restaurant. The eatery is moving into the former Tacos D’Amor & More space.
