LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Five lanes are closed on Interstate 65 Southbound due to a crash near Fern Valley Road.
According to TRIMARC, the crash took place at around 3:50 a.m. and involved two vehicles. Officials have blocked the left five lanes and the left shoulder as crews work the scene.
