LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Several early-morning water rescues were reported as flash flooding stranded drivers across the area.
Crews responded to 3rd Street and Eastern Parkway, where three vehicles were caught in high water, plus another rescue at 11th and Hill Street, and one at 7th and Magnolia, where a person was on the roof of their car. All people were rescued without incident.
