LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Days after a party inside St. Matthews Station was broken up by Metro ABC, the man who rented out the venue says his party should not have been shut down.
Marcus Billups owns the St. Matthews Event Center inside St. Matthews Station and helped throw Saturday night’s party.
