LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Three people have been indicted in connection to the death of a seven-year-old boy under foster care.
Wednesday, Louisville officials said Deborah Francis, Jillian Parks and Amanda Whitlow have been indicted in connection to the death of seven-year-old Ja’Ceon Terry in July 2022.
