LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A Louisville man is facing multiple charges, including first-degree robbery, following a physical confrontation at a Shively retail store over the weekend.
According to an arrest citation from the Shively Police Department, officers responded to the Family Dollar in the 2501 block of Dixie Highway around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
Store employees reported that 25-year-old Rai’Shaun T. Moore was attempting to leave the store with several bottles of detergent without paying. When an employee intervened and retrieved the items, Moore allegedly grabbed the detergent back, sparking a physical struggle in the store’s vestibule…
