LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The countdown to a new school year for JCPS students is on. The new school year starts on Thursday.
While parents and students are making last minute preparations for a new year, so are the teachers who will be welcoming them into the classrooms. Chrystel Blair, a special education teacher at Indian Trail Elementary School, is one of them.
