OLDHAM COUNTY, Ky. (WAVE) – Oldham County Emergency Management is asking residents to submit photos or videos of local flooding to assist with damage assessment and situational awareness.
Officials say the visual submissions help the agency evaluate the extent of the flooding and anticipate emergency needs. Residents are asked to include the exact location where each photo or video was taken.
