LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville woman was arrested in southern Indiana over the weekend for allegedly driving drunk with two children in the vehicle.
According to Indiana State Police, 39-year-old Jennifer Elmore, of Louisville, was stopped around 9 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 64 in Floyd County.
Police said a state trooper saw her pass another vehicle in the righthand lane by driving onto the emergency shoulder before forcing her way between two cars in the right lane, “creating a hazardous situation for other motorists.”…
