LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) — The Louisville Metro Police Department and animal rescue group The Arrow Fund are asking for the public’s help to identify who severely beat a young puppy and abandoned her inside a recycling bin Sunday.
A group of boys walking down an alley near a park on South Jackson Street around 5:30 p.m. Sunday heard cries and discovered the black and tan puppy trapped inside the bin.
The Arrow Fund has named the puppy “Singer” in honor of the voice that saved her life…
