LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The start of Waterfront Wednesday Aug. 26 was delayed due to police activity on the Big Four Bridge.
Officials with WFPK said at 4 p.m. the outdoor concert would start later than planned due to an “ongoing situation.”
