LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Two men arrested after a deadly shooting in Louisville’s Russell neighborhood will not be indicted in the case, at least for now.
Jose Hill and Brian Harvey were arrested in June in connection with the death of 44-year-old Clinton “CJ” Henderson. Police said Henderson was shot and killed June 4 on Elliott Avenue.
