‘They had nothing to do with it’: Louisville leaders react to fatal Whiskey Row shooting

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A popular soul-food restaurant on Whiskey Row is operating without a liquor license following a deadly shooting right outside their front door.

Police say the shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, leaving 17-year-old Kameron Neal dead, while putting a 16-year-old in the hospital in critical condition.
