LOUISVILLE, KY — GE Appliances has announced “a major transformation” of its Appliance Park headquarters with a $1-billion investment to expand high-output production of laundry products and reinforce the company’s “long-term commitment to manufacturing in Kentucky and the U.S.”
With new and expanded production at its Louisville facility, the investment, said officials of the Haier-owned company, “will establish Appliance Park as America’s largest home appliance manufacturing site, reflecting its scale across production output, employment and campus footprint.”
