LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Long John Silver’s is expanding beyond seafood with the launch of Crispy Battered Wings, offering three wings for $1.99 for a limited time.
The Louisville-based restaurant chain began serving the new menu item Sept. 21 at participating locations nationwide. The chicken wings are battered in each restaurant using the company’s signature batter and can be paired with Baja or Sweet Chili dipping sauce.
“Guests already love our Chicken Planks, and wings gave us a fun way to bring our signature batter to something new,” said Meredith Smith, director of brand marketing at Long John Silver’s. “That familiar Long John Silver’s crunch feels right at home on a wing, and we can’t wait for guests to try them on game day.”…
