LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Government says increased fines and vehicle impoundments are helping combat illegal dumping at the unstaffed recycling drop-off centers and other locations.
“We’ve seen all kinds of things being dumped in these,” said Karen Maynard, Louisville’s solid waste education manager.
