A 56-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday morning after police said she repeatedly trespassed at an apartment complex, fled from responding officers and opened numerous delivery packages.
According to an arrest citation from the Louisville Metro Police Department, officers were called to an apartment complex in the 300 block of Markwell Court just before 8 a.m. September 22 on reports of a woman banging on and yelling at a resident’s window.
Once on scene, an officer located Tracy L. Benhammou near the window. Police noted Benhammou claimed she was trying to deliver a package to the resident. The officer confiscated the package, formally issued a verbal trespass warning on body camera footage and watched her depart the property…
