A convicted felon is facing new charges after police said he fired a gun during an argument with his ex-partner, sending a bullet into a neighbor’s home.
Louisville Metro Police arrested 56 year-old Roy Melead Friday at his home on Algonquin Parkway in connection with the September 15 incident.
According to an arrest citation, Melead was arguing with his ex-partner when she began backing her vehicle down the street. Police said the woman saw Melead holding a handgun before he allegedly fired toward her vehicle…
