Louisville man arrested after police say he threatened and harassed a Bosnian man

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville man was arrested Tuesday after police said he harassed and threatened a Bosnian man several times over a period of at least four days.

Sean Cornelius, 43, is charged with terroristic threatening (third degree), harassment (no physical contact) and disorderly conduct (second degree), according to court documents.

On Sept. 19, Cornelius came to the victim’s house to retrieve a package that had mistakenly been delivered to the victim’s home earlier that day, according to his arrest citation…
